Introducing: A transformative 8-week group coaching program for women experiencing low desire and sexual anxiety who want to feel more relaxed, confident, and connected in their sexual lives.

If sex feels stressful, confusing, painful, or simply not worth the effort anymore, you are not alone.

And you are not broken.

This group will help you understand what’s happening in your body and learn practical ways to change the pattern.

You might find yourself wondering:

“Why don’t I want sex anymore?”
“Why can’t I relax during sex?”
“Why does this hurt even though the doctor says everything is fine?”

These experiences are far more common than most people realize. And they are changeable.

This group offers a supportive, educational space to understand what’s happening and learn practical ways to shift these patterns.

You are
not alone.

Many women silently carry shame about their sexual experiences.

You might relate if you:

Want to want sex, but don’t often feel “in the mood”

Can’t seem to get out of your head during sex

Experience pelvic pain (even after medical clearance)

Struggle to feel pleasure or experience orgasm during partnered sex

Sometimes think sex is boring or just not worth it

Are tired of feeling like your body just isn’t cooperating

When these experiences happen repeatedly, many women start to believe: “Something must be wrong with me.”

But most of the time, these patterns are not about something being broken.

Let me be clear:
You are not broken.

In Reality

Pain, anxiety, and low desire often emerge from very understandable nervous system patterns shaped by stress, pressure, past experiences, cultural messaging, and relationship dynamics.

When we understand these patterns, we can begin to work with the body instead of fighting it.

Imagine Feeling…

Less anxious
Confident to say
what feels good,
and what doesn't
Hopeful
Excited
Present in your body
Pleasure

…about sex.

Over 8 weeks, you’ll learn how to:

Understand sexual pain, anxiety, and low libido
Learn why these patterns happen and the evidence-based strategies that help change them.

Lower stress and quiet self-criticism
Develop tools to calm the nervous system and reduce pressure around sex.

Work with desire instead of forcing it
Discover how desire actually develops, and how to support it.

Reconnect with pleasure in your body
Move away from performance and toward experiences that genuinely feel good.

Communicate about intimacy with confidence
Learn practical ways to talk about sex without guilt, shutdown, or defensiveness.

Your 8-Week Journey

Toward Sexual Confidence, Desire,
& Pleasure

This group focuses on understanding your body, calming your nervous system, and rebuilding desire in a way that works for you.

  • You’ll leave understanding why your symptoms make sense, that they aren’t your fault, and that change is possible.

  • You’ll identify what makes your body tense, and what helps it soften, so you can increase your turn ons and decrease your turn offs.

  • You’ll begin releasing sexual beliefs & cultural messaging that are holding you back so you can create a sex life on your terms in a way that works for you and your relationship/s.

  • You’ll shift from wondering, “What’s wrong with me?” to knowing, “This is what works for me!”

  • You’ll understand how pleasure and orgasm work in new ways that move you toward what genuinely feels good to you.

Say goodbye to faking or avoiding orgasms!

  • We’ll practice tools for getting back into your body, decreasing self-judgment, and calming the nervous system.

You’ll have practical strategies to quiet mental distractions, self-criticism, and feel more present and connected during intimacy.

  • We’ll discuss how to talk about intimacy in ways that increase collaboration instead of defensiveness.

You’ll be more equipped to say “yes,” “no,” or “not right now” without guilt, shutdown, or your partner feeling rejected.

  • We’ll bring everything together to create a realistic, personalized vision for your sexual wellbeing moving forward.

You’ll leave feeling hopeful, confident, and excited about your newly blossoming sex life!

Hello! I’m Sarah and I’m so glad you’re here. It is my joy and passion to help folks develop confidence in the bedroom. I have sincere respect for you being here, and believe that struggling with sexual health is not a matter of personal failure, but rather, is the result of a variety of factors that aren’t so scary once we look a little closer.

I specialize in helping individuals and couples reduce anxiety around sex, understand their bodies, and cultivate more satisfying intimate relationships.

Whether in my work as a therapist at my practice, You Bloom Therapy, or my work as a coach, my approach is always queer-affirming, trauma-informed, and combines evidence-based sexual health knowledge with compassionate, practical care.

Why I Created This Group

In my work as a Certified Sex Therapist, I repeatedly see women who believe something is wrong with them because sex feels difficult.

Many have:

  • tried pills, lingerie, sex toys, or spicing up date nights

  • seen doctors who say everything looks medically normal

  • tried to “push through” discomfort

  • pretended to enjoy sex or avoid it altogether

  • spent years assuming their body just doesn’t work the way it should

What’s often missing isn’t effort. It’s accurate information about sex, understanding how that applies to you personally, and a space to talk about these experiences without shame.

This group exists to provide exactly that. It’s designed to be:

  • practical

  • compassionate

  • grounded in evidence-based sexual health knowledge

And most importantly: a place where women realize they are not alone in what they’re experiencing.

IMPORTANT NOTE

This group is educational coaching, not psychotherapy.

The program does not include diagnosis, trauma treatment, or medical care for pelvic pain.

Participants experiencing significant mental health concerns, unaddressed significant history of sexual abuse, or untreated pelvic medical issues may be referred to appropriate providers.

Your Questions, Answered

  • No. There is never pressure to share personal details, and participants are welcome to share at whatever level feels comfortable.

That said, most people are surprised by how normal and relieving the conversations feel once the group begins.

  • No. This is a coaching and educational group designed to provide knowledge, tools, and guided reflection. There will be no deep trauma processing or treatment of mental health diagnosis.

  • Therapy is a clinical healthcare service that diagnoses and treats mental health conditions. Coaching is not healthcare and does not treat mental health disorders. Coaching is a collaborative process where a coach helps a person clarify goals, discover new insights, learn new skills, shift patterns, and take action toward meaningful change. Coaches may provide guidance, education, feedback, and accountability to support personal growth.

  • No. You will benefit from this group whether you are partnered or single.

  • Many participants come in feeling stuck after trying to “fix” the problem on their own. This group focuses on understanding the underlying patterns that often get missed. If you are still unsure, Sarah can help you determine if this group is the right fit for you during your 20 minute intro call after you apply.

  • While Sarah Hunt Coaching is always LGBTQIA2s+ affirming, this group is specifically for cisgender women. All sexual orientations and relationship structures welcome.

Groups for other identities and needs will be offered in the future.

  • Short answer: it depends. Unfortunately many women have experienced sexual abuse at some point in their lives. If you have never received support for healing and find conversations around sex activating, this group may not be the best fit for you at this time. However, if you have received support, are open to talking about sex, and feel ready, this may be a good fit.

  • Each 90-minute session includes:

    Teaching
Clear, accessible education about sexual desire, anxiety, pain, and pleasure.

    Guided reflection
Simple exercises to help you apply the concepts to your own experiences.

    Optional group discussion
Participants can share insights, questions, or observations if they wish.

    Practical tools
Specific strategies you can experiment with during the week.

  • Payment for the full group program ($392) is due at the time of booking.

  • Each week builds on the last, so it is important to attend each session. If something important comes up that causes you to miss a session, Sarah will provide you with written material to catch you up on the content of the missed session.
